About Us
Charter Wills offer a home- or office-visit service, and see clients daytime or evening. We usually need to spend between an hour and an hour and a half with clients, and after taking their instructions, we guarantee to have the completed Wills back to them within 10 working days.
We can draw up the most simple of Wills, or as complex as may be necessary if the family and estate circumstances are more involved.
We give advice on Inheritance Tax, and how to avoid it as far as is legally (!) possible.
In addition to Wills, we also provide the following:

- A Will Storage and free updates scheme
- Advance Directives (Living Wills)

We operate in the South-East of England, with much of our work being carried out in and around London.
Charter Wills is a member of TAS - Trust and Security - which is a national network of other independent Willwriting companies, formed in order to provide on-going training for it's members, and with the strategic objective of obtaining national contracts that would benefit each and every member. Chris White, the director of Charter Wills is the current Chairman of TAS.
Charter Wills is a member of the Society of Will Writers, the largest professional body of Willwriters in the country.
