Katie Dick BSc. (Hons.) - Nutritional Therapist
How can I help employers?
Nutritional therapy can have a significant impact on an individual's ability to perform their job, as well as impact on their motivation, creativity and enthusiasm for their work.
Reliable staff are highly prized, particularly when times are hard, and the employer who invests in his staff's health will reap the rewards.
I can provide motivational short talks, longer workshops or a monthly nutritional clinic within your office as part of the healthcare package for staff. I can also tailor a nutrition clinic to meet the particular needs of your business.
How can I help individuals?
I work collaboratively with individuals to set realistic goals designed to break old habits, restore their body's natural healing potential and so empower them to take control of your health.
My clients come to me for help with a wide range of symptoms of poor health including:
- digestive disorders
- migraine or headaches
- fatigue
- poor memory and concentration
- insomnia or sleep disturbance
- recurrent infections
- depression and/or anxiety
- menstral /premenstral symptoms
- infertility
- eczema, asthma
I recommend dietary change using a tailored approach which works within the constraints of my client's unique physical and lifestyle needs.
Whilst it is not always necessary I may recommend some tests including
* Biochemical tests (blood or urine)
* stool tests
* non-invasive bio-dermal tests
Nutritional supplements may also be recommended.
