Chris Brown - Web design and development

Based in the heart of the design community in central London, totalsurf is a limited company. Managed by Chris Brown, it consists of two dedicated members of staff and two part time staff, with trusted contractors performing additional duties, as and when needed. We do not sub-contract entire jobs out to other companies. Chris created his first web site in 1995 and has been working in the industry since 1997, while totalsurf has been established since 2004.

The key people in totalsurf have, in total, more than 30 years’ web design experience. We continually strive to deliver cutting edge solutions to our clients at a value below that of the majority of agencies. We have a wide range of skills and are very adaptable to any task at hand. One of our most important considerations when building any web site or multimedia project is compatibility – we do not push technology to the limits of where the general population cannot access it without excessive plug-ins etc. This approach naturally enhances accessibility and search engine optimisation (known as SEO), helping sites like Google to index your site.
