For staff who are able to take a lunch break it means they do just that – take a break – either with friends or at the gym, not running around between shops, queuing at the post office or stuck at their computer researching their holidays etc.
The service is fully inclusive: we take care of the hassle side of having a concierge, taking all the employer’s liability, providing cover for sickness and holiday plus of course we are fully insured, our staff are all CRB checked and we have all the necessary structure for keeping credit card numbers securely and billing your staff for items bought on their behalf. We have hundreds of suppliers on our database so we can cover any request thrown our way.

Residential Concierge
Our residential concierges carry out all the same tasks as our corporate concierges but are based in high end residential blocks, alongside your security staff. They also hold keys and parcels.
